Anrok 90s Time Capsule Giveaway: Official Rules

The giveaway is sponsored by Anrok, Inc., 75 Broadway, San Francisco, CA 94111 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are employed by a company evaluating sales tax compliance software in a professional capacity. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Government employees and employees of organizations whose policies prohibit acceptance of promotional prizes are not eligible. Entry constitutes the entrant's representation that participation does not violate their employer's gift or ethics policies.
Entry period
The giveaway begins at 9 a.m. PT on Aug. 7, 2026 and ends at 5 p.m. PT on Sept. 1, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to enter
Complete a scheduled product demo with the Anrok team during the Entry Period. The demo must be attended in full to qualify. Limit one entry per person and one entry per company, regardless of the number of demos completed. Alternate free entry: you may enter without completing a demo by submitting your name, business email, and company at hello@anrok.com during the Entry Period. Alternate entries have equal chance of winning.
Prize
One winner will receive a curated "90s Time Capsule" prize package including retro consumer electronics, toys, apparel, and novelty items. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500. Actual value may vary based on item availability; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent is offered. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Sept. 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within five business days and must respond within seven days of notification. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, company name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this giveaway is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at anrok.com/privacy. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.

To request the name of the winner, email hello@anrok.com with the subject line "Time Capsule Winner" within 60 days of Sept. 3, 2026.
