Shoptalk Promotion Terms and Conditions

Offer valid exclusively for qualified prospects from Shoptalk Fall 2026 (September 29–October 1, 2026, Nashville, TN) who visit the Anrok booth during the event and complete a live product demonstration with an Anrok representative on or before October 31, 2026 (the “Qualifying Demo”).

Eligible new customers who execute an Order Form for the Starter plan or above will not be charged the Jurisdiction Fee for the Free Period. “Jurisdiction Fee” means the annual fee Anrok charges for each jurisdiction included in Client's Anrok subscription plan — the recurring charge for Anrok's compliance services (such as registration, filing, and tax calculation) for that jurisdiction — as itemized on the Order Form and priced in Appendix A. The Jurisdiction Fee is separate from, and does not include, any other fee under Client's Order Form — such as the base subscription (platform) fee for Client's plan tier or the Billable Transactions fee — regardless of which Anrok plan Client has selected. “Free Period” means the period beginning on the Subscription Start Date and ending December 31, 2026.

Client will instead owe the Jurisdiction Fee prorated for the period beginning January 1, 2027 through the end of the Term (the “Remaining Term”), calculated as the annual Jurisdiction Fee divided by twelve (12) and multiplied by the number of months (or portion thereof) in the Remaining Term, due in full within thirty (30) days of execution (Net 30).

This offer does not apply to (i) the subscription fee for Client's plan tier or the Billable Transactions fee, regardless of which Anrok plan Client has selected, (ii) the monthly fee for any jurisdiction added after the Term Start Date under Appendix A, which bills in full at standard contract rates with no discount regardless of when the jurisdiction is added, (iii) third-party or government-imposed fees (including state registration fees, permits, and any penalties or interest), or (iv) any services outside the executed Order Form.

Offer requires a minimum one (1) year annual subscription, paid in full and not in monthly installments, and is available on the Starter plan and above; Anrok for Startups is not eligible.

For multi-year agreements, the Free Period applies to Year 1 only, and the Jurisdiction Fee for each subsequent year will be billed in full at standard contract rates.

No extended payment terms or monthly payment plans available.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or incentive, including partner discounts, referral credits, or volume-based pricing.

To redeem, the Order Form must be fully executed by both parties and the subscription Start Date must occur on or before December 31, 2026.

Anrok reserves the right to verify eligibility, including booth attendance and Qualifying Demo completion records.

Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
